EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCESS

STAGE 1 PREPARATION

Preparation is the key to a durable finish

Power wash exterior areas (using a heavy duty machine) Professional exterior carpenter (repair needed areas) Removing hardware, shutters, downspouts etc. Scrape and power sand loose paint Spot prime bare areas, or complete Professionally caulk and putty cracks and holes Carefully pull back, bushes and flower beds Cover concrete, grass and other areas

STAGE 2 APPLICATION

Using superior paint products, for the very best appearance and durability to the exterior areas

• Apply thick uniform paint (sprayed or brush & rolled)
• Professionally apply a finish on all exterior painted or stained surfaces

STAGE 3 CLEAN, TOUCHUP AND INSPECTION

We remove trash and debris and return work areas back to its original condition

• Remove protective coverings from landscaping and other exterior items
• Reinstall all hardware, shutters, downspouts etc.
• Inspect all work and touch-up if needed
• Leftover paint is left, and colours documented
